CP’s Monthly Program allows consumers to budget a set amount each month for those potentially budget-busting repair problems. CP’s Monthly Program has three monthly payment options. CP can send a bill, charge a credit card, or charge a checking or savings account each month.

CP has no deductible which means that each time a repair person comes to the house, CP pays 100 percent of the labor and parts.

CP has six basic plans. They are:

Renters Basic - $9/month.
Protects the washer and dryer.


Renters - $13/month.
Protects the washer, dryer and refrigerator.


Kitchen/Laundry - $20/month.
Protects the washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher and stove (or oven and cook top).


Heating/Cooling - $30/month.
Protects the furnace, air conditioner and water heater. This also includes a preventive maintenance check of the heating/cooling system, every other year.


Full House - $48/month.
Protects the washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove (or oven and cook top), furnace, air conditioner and water heater. This also includes a preventive maintenance check of the heating/cooling system, every other year.


Full House Plus - $60/month.
Protects the washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove (or oven and cook top), furnace, air conditioner, water heater, electrical wiring and in-bound water pipes. This also includes a preventive maintenance check of the heating/cooling system, every other year.

CP has a published reimbursement schedule for replacing an appliance should the appliance be non-repairable or not economical to repair. You may also Download CP Brochure for a hard copy of the pricing and reimbursement schedule.
