CP has no deductible which means that each time a repair person comes to the house, CP pays 100 percent of the labor and parts.

CP's Monthly Program allows consumers to budget a set amount each month for those potentially budget-busting repair problems.

Foreclosures - Please note CP does not provide protection for homes that have gone through foreclosure.

CP has four basic plans. Each plan protects one of each of the listed items.  The plans are:

Kitchen/Laundry - $28/month.
Protects the washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher and range (oven and cook top).

Heating/Cooling - $32/month.
Protects the furnace, air conditioner and water heater. This also includes a preventive maintenance check of the heating/cooling system, once, every other year.

Full House - $49/month.
Protects the washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, range (oven and cook top), furnace, air conditioner and water heater. This also includes a preventive maintenance check of the heating/cooling system, once, every other year.

Full House Plus - $60/month.
Protects the washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, range (oven and cook top), furnace, air conditioner, water heater, electrical wiring and in-bound water pipes. This also includes a preventive maintenance check of the heating/cooling system, once, every other year.

Optional Items that may be added to the plans above:

Microwave - $4/month each.

Deep Freeze or Refrigerator or Wine Cooler - $6/month each.

High End Appliance - an additional $28/month.

Well Pump and Tank - $8/month for both.

Pool Pump - $8/month each.

Pool Heater - $12/month each.

Furnace - $18/month each.

Furnace and Air Conditioner - $28/month for each pair.

Water Heater - $4/month each.

Boiler - $26/month each.

Septic Tank and Lateral Lines - $20/month.

Septic Pump - $8/month each.

Trash Compactor - $4/month each.

Attic Fan (usually sits in the ceiling of your hallway) - $4/month.

CP has a published reimbursement schedule for replacement appliances, should the item be non-repairable or not economical to repair. You may also Download CP Brochure for a hard copy of the pricing and reimbursement schedule.

There are several payment options available.  CP can charge a credit/debit card, or draft a checking/savings account.  Paper bills can be mailed upon request and are subject to a $2 fee. Payments can be made monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.
